Arriving at Orlando International Airport means heading one level below baggage claim after collecting luggage. Guests should go to Ground Transportation at the Out-Of-Town Shuttles area, parking spaces 14 and 15.

We ask passengers to call us after getting their luggage so we can send the van. Our shared shuttles pick up every 30 minutes at each terminal.

Our airport shuttle service vehicles are marked with “Cocoa Beach Shuttle” in yellow on the windshield and sides. This area is shared with other companies, so guests may see other vans while waiting.

Guests should follow the sidewalk straight ahead after leaving the terminal. At the parking garage, a desk is available for check-in.
